Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

The average estimated arrival date is between 3-6 days. You can track your package here for FedEx or your package here for DHL after it has been shipped. This is the estimated number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. For some products, such as custom order might take a bit longer. For others, your shipment destination will determine your arrival date.

Marquis Gold Company will ship your order secure, insured, and with 2nd day shipping. Your order will arrive via FedEx or DHL delivery service.

If your order is being shipped via FedEx or DHL delivery service:   

• Delivery usually arrives in two business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.

• Marquis Gold Co. will ship to a non-residential address, but not a P.O. Box address.

• If you prefer to have your item shipped to a residential address, then there maybe an additional fee.

• Signature is required.

• Alaska and Hawaii shipping address may have an additional fee.

• Priority overnight shipping via FedEx or DHL is available for an additional fee.

• Collect on delivery (COD) is available for an additional fee.

• Courier pick up is available for an additional fee.

• Shipping prices may vary regardless of the rates above based on the object being shipped and the fluctuation of the fuel market.

If your order is shipped by FedEx or DHL delivery service, signature from the recipient is required upon delivery.
