The return policy below applies to all purchases from Marquis
Gold Company. If your receipt is not noted with exception to return,
then you Marquis Gold Co. purchase is received in good condition and is
non-refundable.
To return your item to Marquis Gold Company if
your receipt is noted with the exception to return, please follow the
steps outline below:

Call us at (213) 627-6926 during our regular store
hours so we can authorize for the return of your package.

Place all the original packaging in the box,
including the appraisal and the diamond certificate. In addition,
please print and complete our return form.
Please include it in your return.

If the price of the item your
return on your invoice is listed as:

Less than $500: You can
ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured,
and request a return receipt to ensure your shipment is tracked.*

More than $500: FedEx and
UPS will probably not insure it, so ship your package via US
Postal Service. Also, request a return receipt to ensure your
shipment is tracked.*
Any unauthorized, improperly
packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
Items that shows signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered,
or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
All applicable returns are subject
to within fourteen days from the day we ship it. All applicable
returns are refunded fully less any shipping fees and transaction fees.
